Booking and confirmation

All appointment dates and times use Atlanta Time / ET (America/New_York), including daylight saving time. Availability is checked again when you submit. A selected time is not held until the site confirms the appointment. An email inquiry alone does not reserve time. No payment is collected on this website.

Session lengths and booking windows are set by the studio. If they have not been configured, online booking is unavailable. A selected session length is not a quote or a promise that a particular tattoo can be completed in that time. Pricing, deposits, eligibility, cancellation terms and preparation requirements must be confirmed with Leoni.

Details used to manage the appointment

When you consent and submit, your name, email, optional phone, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, session length, selected time, optional budget and notes are sent to the studio’s server and stored in Leoni’s Google Calendar appointment. Your consent version and submission time are recorded there too. Do not enter sensitive medical information. Reference image uploads are not enabled.

Google Calendar processes these details for scheduling. Calendar access depends on the studio’s Google account permissions. If customer invitations are enabled, your email is added as a guest and Google is asked to send an invitation; the form tells you whether this is enabled. The website does not send a separate confirmation email.

Local booking safeguards

The server keeps appointment times, opaque booking identifiers and a request fingerprint to prevent duplicate bookings and recover interrupted requests. It does not save the full form in this local record. Basic request limiting temporarily counts requests using your connection’s IP address. The form does not store details in browser local storage and this site has no analytics or advertising trackers.

If a confirmation is interrupted, retry the same request or contact the studio before choosing a different time. An appointment may already have been created.
